What is the Schedule B Number and how do I get it?

Last year, I was thinking about starting a business with two friends (an LLC) and got a federal tax ID number. But our circumstances changed, and we've decided not to start the business. Do we have to file a tax return for a business that never existed?

We have exported a shipment and noticed only afterwards that one item we have listed on the export declaration was not included. The goods have already left the EU, however, the customs clearance is not completed yet. Can we still change the export declaration at this point?
