African Countries unite behind Free Trade Agreement

Staff

Over 40 African countries are working together to establish the world’s largest Free Trade Area in order to bolster their own struggling economies.

While the US and China continue to raise tariffs on one another and worry the economies of the world, The Africa Continental Free Trade Area, or AfCFTA, is bringing peace and satisfaction to many developing countries.

While there are still logistic details to review and legal processes that will need to be put in place before it is ratified in May 2019, the aim of uniting the continent through improvement of the exchange of goods and services is inspiring all countries involved to cooperate and see the project through.

Exima is proud to see such efficient cooperation in the field of trade. Our mission is to facilitate the advancement of the import export industry, and we welcome all business from across Africa to join our association and expand their networks even further.
