Zimbabwe International Trade Fair (ZITF)
The ZITF is the largest business gathering in Zimbabwe. The event happens every year around April on its grounds located in Bulawayo. It regularly attracts businesses from around the world and the SADC region. It features an exhibition, executive business forum, and networking events. It is usually launched by an African head of state from the SADC region. On its last days, it opens its doors to the public and has become a staple family event.
Zimbabwe Agriculture Show (ZAG)
The ZAG, formerly known as the Harare Agricultural Show, is held in Harare. It is run and hosted by the Zimbabwe Agricultural Society (ZAS) on its grounds in Harare. Agriculture is not only one of Zimbabwe's most significant exports, but it is also a key supplier to the manufacturing sector. Zimbabwe's vital agricultural exports are tobacco along with cotton, and the coffee crop is growing in popularity too. Exhibitions are carried out by government departments, non-government organizations (NGOs), corporations, and individual farmers. The event opens its doors to the public on its last days and becomes a popular family affair.
Mine Entra
Like most African nations, Zimbabwe is renowned for its natural resources. Zimbabwe is a top global producer of gold, platinum, diamonds, nickel, and other minerals. An annual event, the Mine Entra focuses on mining, engineering, and construction industries. Hosted by the ZITF company, the event has exhibitions by suppliers, service providers, mining companies, and government departments. The event features shows, an executive business forum, and networking events.
Sanganai/Hlanganani World Travel Expo
This is an expo hosted by the Zimbabwe Tourism Authority. It is an annual event that brings together local and international tourism companies to discuss opportunities and make deals. Sanganai/Hlanganani World Travel Expo can trace its roots to 1982 when it was called Shanyai/Vakatshani, the Zimbabwe International Travel Expo (ZITE).
